spacequeerie asked: 1. fucking hell you are beautiful. 2. What originally triggered you to be veg I am considering going vegan and asking around, 3. I thought I saw a post with those shirts with the boobs on them saying you could buy them, am I wrong..? Ahh I’m so sorry it took me so long to respond! Life gets busy when ever it feels like it, y’know? Haha. I first went vegetarian about four and a half years ago because of a very abrasive, pressuring, pretty mean best friend. She wasn’t a healthy vegan but she was passionate about animal rights, which frankly she wasn’t very educated on either. Our friendship ended abruptly and I was hurt by it. I was kind of like, “what next?” as far as veg goes. I continued with vegetarianism for a couple months and transitioned into veganism because I started educating myself on animal rights AND healthfulness. Truthfully, I respect people who eat meat more so than vegetarians. We DO NOT need dairy past infancy. Dairy is indulgent and unnecessary. It’s merely just a convenience to be vegetarian over vegan because vegan options are less available. Consider this: Cows produce milk during pregnancy to nurse their young once they are born. After they are done nursing from their mother because they no longer need their mother’s nutrients and they eat hay, grass, etc. Why are people, through adulthood, consuming another animal’s breast milk made only for their young when we don’t need anything in it? So that’s a big portion. I once watched a video of the mother cow’s reaction after her calf was taken from her by a dairy factory worker right after giving birth. She was horrified, traumatized and confused, but they still proceeded to hook her up to a machine to be milked.
This is so long and poorly articulated so I apologize haha. Anymore questions please feel free to ask! Have a great day :) |

Anonymous asked: people are posting your nudes on anonib just so you know.. From my recent artistic nude photoshoot? Let them. I’m not ashamed of my body. If someone is taking it that shoot of context and sexualizing it then that’s their issue. |
I was a little nervous earlier this morning because it was pouring down rain and I have my first driving lesson and a job interview, but now the sky is clearing and the sun is shining. Positive reinforcement from the universe? We’ll find out!
Have the best day you can make it, everyone!

abraxas-babe asked: You're perfect and I'm in love with you. I'm eternally jealous of everything I've learned about you through tumblr. Don't ever everrr change. And I want a booby shirt. One of the things I find most beautiful thing about people is that we are forever learning, growing, and changing. I like Tumblr especially because it’s a good way to meet a network of people with similar interests to inspire others. Sometimes I’ll meet someone who is totally overwhelmingly interesting, self assured and peaceful, and I get kind of jealous too. After I try to think that I don’t have to be jealous of them but they can be a part of my learning experience. I guess what I’m saying is that whatever you are jealous of about me, you can be too :) Also I would LOVE to make you a booby shirt! Let me know the size and cut of the shirt you’d like, and what shape, size, and color of the boobies and nips and I will mail it. PS. I am so appreciative of your message, thank you for being a part of my learning experience today :) |
I saw her briefly at the local book fair earlier today and she was so surprised and overjoyed, she gave me like a billion enormous hugs and we kind of caught up with what I’ve been doing lately, even it’s difficult to summarize 15 years in passing conversation. It was funny because I had seen her a million times when she came in to shop while I was working at Joann’s Fabrics. I remember her being kind and jolly, and she said I was always thoughtful and upbeat while working. I guess I didn’t recognize her when I was working because she seemed so short, then again last time I saw her I was probably three feet tall, haha. Anyways, I just received a friend request and message from her on Facebook. It reads,
“Oh, Sara! It was FANTASTIC seeing you today! Please stay in touch. Have a ball following your dreams!”
Mrs. Shwartz, you are such a compassionate human, and it meant more than you know that you remembered me so fondly from 15 years ago, and work only two years ago. You have impacted more people than you know.
A good friend who I miss a lot
After my brother and I had our family of two vegetarian fajita dinner he told me I should put a bra on so I threw my napkin and yelled “FUCK THE PATRIARCHY,” then he sighed and flipped his hair.
